Health Tips
- Exercise on a regular basis. Cardio and weight resistance at a minimum
of 3 times per week.
- Drink plenty of water. Morning, afternoon and evening. Best time
is an hour before or two hours after your meals. Liquids with meals
disrupts the digestive process. Reverse
osmosis filtered is the best (stored in glass bottles).
- Get an average of 8 hours sleep daily.
- Buy organic foods that are locally grown whenever possible.
- Nutritional vitamins & supplements.
No matter how good your diet is, you will not satisfy what your body
needs on a daily basis. Supplementation is important.
- Get full exposure to natural sunlight as often as you can. Don't
over do it and do not use sunscreen. The sun is a great source of Vitamin
D. It does not cause cancer when taken in moderation. It's the chemicals
in the sunscreen that react with the sun which causes cancer.
- Do not use any prescription drugs or over the counter medications
at all. Seek out natural or alternaive methods
- Stay away from western medical doctors or at a minumum, use them
as a second opinion. Visit naturopathic
or orthomolecular physicians.
- The USDA's Food Guide Pyramid is a joke. Ignore it!
- Be wary of questionable bodybuilding supplements. Just becuase it
says natural does not mean it's good for you.
- Keep away from energy drinks such as red bull, diet pills or any
type of "fat burning" medicine. Again, natural does not mean
good for you.
- Keep a no diet attitude. If you are eating and exercising properly,
there is no need for a diet. Your weight loss will be taken care of
naturally.
